KOHE shears perform precise, right-angled cuts even of material with large cross sections: First the upper knife is lowered down to a few millimeters above the material. In this position the upper knife rests on buffers. Then the actuating force is introduced into the lower knife to perform an upward cut. With this solution we prevent the material from being lifted up during cutting. Hydraulic clamping devices ensure that the cuts are perfectly right-angled.

KOHE supplies the shears complete with ancillary equipment such as feeding and discharge systems, scrap handling and sample taking equipment.
