KOHE offers a wide range of travelling and pendulum cutting machines for different cross-sections–for example, square and round–as well as special sections, such as sheet piles.

KOHE manufactures a wide range of sliding frame and chop saws with blade diameters of up to 2,400 mm for rails, beams and sections (special sections).

On KOHE cooling beds, long products cool down highly homogeneously and are handled with great care. This minimizes residual stress and distortions in the material on its way from the rolling mill to the finishing line.

Flying shears of different designs are used to cut the rolling stock in wire rod, bar and section mills as well as in continuous blooming mills.

KOHE shears perform precise, right-angled cuts even of material with large cross sections: First the upper knife is lowered down to a few millimeters above the material. In this position the upper knife rests on buffers.
