Meeting between KOHE & JINXI and German Saarland Government Delegation

On July 11, 2019, at the Jinmao Tower in Lujiazui Financial Center, Shanghai, Mr. Xu Mingwang , Executive Vice President of JINXI Corporation and Chairman of JINXI Sheet Pile and Section Steel Technology Co., Ltd., and Ms. Han Danmei , Executive Director of KOHE China and KOHE Germany, as representatives of JINXI and KOHE joint venture company (JK Spundwand Systeme GmbH), met withMr. Jurgen Barke, German Saarland Deputy Secretary of State for Economic Affairs, Labor, Energy, and Transport, Mr. Christian Klaus, Saarland Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor, Energy, and Transport Spokesperson for Business Finance and Capital Markets, and Ms. Anja Petschauer, Market Director of Saarland Economic Promotion Agency. Both sides held a friendly andeffective meeting on the development of JK Spundwand Systeme GmbH establishment in the German Saarland.

Mr. Jurgen Barke highly appreciated the development strategy and business plans of JK Spundwand Systeme GmbH and expressed that the government would provide convenience and support in terms of government support, finance, research and development. He hoped that JK Spundwand Systeme GmbHwould widely apply green foundation projects with efficient and environmentally friendly construction advantages and expand its related fields.

Both sides agreed that JK Spundwand Systeme GmbHwould serve as a window and bridge for economic cooperation between the German Saarland and Qianxi where JINXI Steel located in, promoting friendly exchanges and economic and trade cooperation in more areas such as steel industry, agriculture, and technology.



Both parties agreed to meet again in Saarland within the year.

Saarland, located in western Germany, borders Rhineland-Palatinate to the north, Luxembourg to the west, and France to the southwest. It consists of 5 counties and 1 city with a total of 52 towns. The state is one of the federal states in Germany except Bremen, Hamburg and Berlin,capital of which is Saarbrücken. Saarland is the second-largest coal and steel heavy industrial region in Germany after the Ruhr area. Together with Lorraine (France) and Luxembourg, it is known as the "Saar-Lor-Lux" region. Together with Wallonia (Belgium) and Lefebvre, they called the‘Region’, is the heart of Europe. The state's industries include machinery manufacturing, metal processing, chemicals, glass, and ceramics, with automotive and automotive parts industries as its mainstays. Communication technology, new materials, and biomedicine are also key areas of development. Saarland is home to landmarks of industrial heritage such as the Volklingen Ironworks, representing the golden age of the steel industry, and Dillinger Ironworks, one of Europe's largest producers of heavy plate steel.

Saarland established friendly province-state relations with Tianjin Municipality in 1993 and with Hubei Province in 1995. In November 2006, the then-governor Miller visited China and established friendly province-state relations with Hunan Province.
